Laverton Outback Gallery

Established in 2002, the Laverton Outback Gallery is dedicated to the work of the region’s Wongi people whose traditional lands stretch eastwards into the Central Desert. It offers many works for both viewing and purchase, and is located next to the Desert Inn Hotel.

The gallery is operated on not-for-profit co-operative basis, with exhibiting artists receiving 80% of the sale price of their artworks. The art on display reflects the Wongi people’s deep spiritual connection with their land.

The gallery is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
